Confession time: I used to HATE running! I whined, I complained, I stalled and I did everything I could to avoid it. Until one day, for no good reason that I can recall, I decided that I wanted to give running a try.
But only a little bit!
And you know what? It wasn’t the worst thing I’d ever done. (I know! I was surprised, too!)
Little by little, as I added short RUNNING PICKUPS into my WALKING routine, I learned that I could run. And now, I hate it when I don’t go for a run!
Have you been thinking about maybe possibly kinda sorta running a little bit? Because if you have, this workout is for you. It’s actually a WALKING workout with just the tiniest bit of running thrown in – just enough to give you a little taste and build your confidence that this running thing might not be as awful as you imagined.
Maybe. 🙂
