We’re taking it back to the old school with today’s workout! When in doubt, I have a handful of reliable bodyweight exercises that I know I can always count on to give me a good sweat, so I thought I would put them all together in a ridiculously awesome workout.
I’m a big fan of ladder workouts, and this seemed like the perfect structure for these bodyweight exercises – ladders start off “easy,” then get harder as you go. In the case of this workout, the ladder goes up and then comes back down, acting like a warm-up and cool-down.
Please refer to the video for assistance with form, though I imagine you already know and love all of these exercises.

- Jumping Jacks
- Mountain Climbers
I won’t spoil the surprise ending on this one, though if you’re mathematically inclined, you might guess what it is! 🙂
