MEDICINE BALL TABATA | 20 Minute Barefoot CARDIO TONING Workout

Ahhhh, my old friend Tabata!  It’s been awhile since we worked out together and now I remember why:  Tabatas are hard.

 They seem so simple on paper (or, in this case, white board).  But then they sneak up on you and cause you to sweat from every pore on your body.  Oh wait!  That’s the whole point of this workout, isn’t it?  🙂

MEDICINE BALL TABATA | 20 Minute Barefoot CARDIO TONING Workout
Brief warm-up of Arm Circles (20 seconds x2) and High Knees (10 seconds x2).  For the main workout, twenty seconds of work, ten seconds of rest, 8x in a row of the same exercise before moving on to the next:
  • Wood Choppers
  • Wall Balls
  • Alley Oops
  • Russian Twists

Finisher:  twenty seconds of Mountain Climbers paired with ten second ball Plank Hold (x4).
