The low impact cardio workouts I post are by far the most popular on my channel and it’s not hard to see why. They’re tough, but they don’t require any jumping. In my personal training business, one of the modifications I do most frequently is reduce impact to the knees, which means little or no jumping. While I can’t address every modification in every workout, this type of exercise is a great way to get your sweat on while reducing strain on your knees and ankles. Of course, it’s also nice to know that you’re not disturbing your downstairs neighbors too much with your workout! 🙂

30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest – repeat each exercise for two intervals before moving on to the next.
