I’ll be honest, when I made the first Bootcamp in Your Living Room video, I didn’t think it was going to be the big hit that it turned into.  I mean, I love to do bootcamp workouts – it’s my day job! – so I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised.  So, I was really excited to do a second video and have already started cooking up some ideas for the series.  Because, yes, this will be a series.  🙂

For all my low-impact friends out there, I made sure this workout had the least amount of jumping possible, while still getting that heart rate up.  Watch the video below for the timing cues and feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions about form.

Set your timer for one minute intervals.  Do the exercises in the order shown here, adding one pushup every time your timer beeps (EMOM – Every Minute On the Minute)

  • 20x Toy Soldiers
  • 20x Alley Oops
  • 20x Goofy Jacks
  • 20x Hip Touches
  • 20x Swinging Lunges
  • 20x Side Scoops
  • 20x Frog Reaches
  • 20x Single Leg Bridges
  • 20x Tripod Burpees

Finisher – 1:00 Pushups
