Intense BODYWEIGHT CARDIO + STRENGTH Workout | 1,000 Reps for 1,000 Subs

Oh, wow, you guys.  First of all, THANK YOU so much for subscribing to my YouTube channel!  I know 1,000 subscribers isn’t all that in the world of YouTube, but it feels huge to me and I’m really, really excited!  So excited, in fact, that I made a brutal workout to celebrate.  Because what else would I do, right??

This workout seemed really hard on paper, and then I did it for real and it was about 1,000 times harder than I thought it would be.  Ha!

The premise is pretty simple – get to 1,000 reps, and along the way there’s also the bonus of 1,000 seconds of cardio work.  Yay!  Refer to the video below to see the exercises or leave me a comment if you have any questions about the workout.

Intense BODYWEIGHT CARDIO + STRENGTH Workout | 1,000 Reps for 1,000 Subs

Do each exercise 10x for 10 rounds.  At the end of each round, do 100 seconds of the cardio work (see list for order).

Exercises:

  • Squats
  • Shoulder Taps
  • Toe Reaches
  • Squatty Stepbacks
  • Exploding Pushups
  • Side Crunches
  • Flying Fast Ups
  • Bridge Lifts
  • Starfish
  • Cross Body Crunches

Cardio Work:

  • Round One = Fast Feet
  • Round Two = Ceiling Touches
  • Round Three = Jumping Jacks
  • Round Four = Mountain Climbers
  • Round Five = Ice Skaters
  • Round Six = Mule Kicks
  • Round Seven = Washing Machines
  • Round Eight = Rockettes
  • Round Nine = Mustang Kicks
  • Round Ten = Burpees
