Full Body BOOT CAMP | 30 Minute CARDIO, STRENGTH + CORE Workout at Home

In my real life – you know, when I’m not on YouTube – I run an hour-long outdoor boot camp.  So you know that I love me some boot camp workouts!  This is the third in this series so far, but I can already foresee that I’ll be making more of these workouts in the future.  They’re fun!

Well, to be fair, this workout isn’t actually fun.  It’s hard.  But in a fun way!  🙂  I call it Buy In Day because you have to “buy in” to get to the workout.  This one might make more sense if you watch the full length follow-along video below.

Full Body BOOT CAMP | 30 Minute CARDIO, STRENGTH + CORE Workout at Home

At the beginning of each round, you must “buy in” to get to the circuit work.  The buy in changes, but the circuit does not.

Buy In Round One = 100 Jumping Jacks
Buy In Round Two = 200 Mountain Climbers
Buy In Round Three = 300-Count of Fast Feet

Circuit (do each exercise 10x):

  • Overhead to High Knees
  • Renegade Rows
  • V-Sit Lean Backs
  • Curtsy Lunges
  • Delt Raises
  • Sumo Squats

Finisher:
30 seconds of each exercise.  Repeat three times with no rest.

  • Heel Touches
  • Flutter Kicks
