I remember back in the 90s when Step Class was the big thing. I tried it a few times and was really, truly awful at it. I’m not the most coordinated girl. And I am a teeny bit self-conscious in group classes. So, it’s safe to say that stepping was not my favorite thing.
Now that I’m a little (okay, a lot) older and wiser, I can appreciate the stepper as a really versatile piece of fitness equipment. Mostly because I can work out with it in my living room now and not worry about other people laughing at me! 🙂
This workout was designed to use the stepper in a slightly different way than those old aerobic classes – it’s still got the cardio work, but there’s a lot of strength training, too. Watch the free follow along video below or leave me a comment if you have any questions about how to do these exercises.
