Low impact workouts are some of my favorites. While I am all for jumping as a means to getting your heartrate up, there is really something to be said for working hard without landing hard. Based on the feedback I get on my YouTube channel, there are lots of people who want to get a great workout without jarring their knees or waking up their neighbors, so I’ll be making plenty of low impact cardio workouts in the future, too!
This one is a particular favorite, because it’s also a bootcamp-style workout, meaning that it’s a tough challenge in a short amount of time.

25 Minute BOOT CAMP without Jumping | LOW IMPACT CARDIO Workout for Fast Fat Loss
Set your timer for five minute intervals. Begin by doing each exercise 5x, complete as many rounds as possible before the timer beeps. After five minutes, increase the number of reps to 10x each. Every five minutes, the number of reps increases by five, until the fifth beep, when you complete 25 of whichever exercise you are on for a built-in finisher.
