Several years ago, I used to be a preschool teacher. The reason I bring this up is because I think it explains a lot why I like to have a “theme” for my workouts. I’ve never been the sort of trainer who can just throw a bunch of different exercises together and call it a workout. In my mind, the exercises really need to go together in some way – either using the same piece of equipment, or related to the same body part, or progressive in some manner. Something.
So, this workout, with all of these sevens, makes me really happy. 🙂
This is a full-body workout, with lots of cardio and plenty of strength moves. You don’t need any equipment, or even a lot of time, which means it’s pretty much the perfect workout.

- Jumping Jacks
- Washing Machines
- Pop Squats
- Reverse Lunges
- Squat Burpees
- Mustang Kicks
Finisher: 49 second Plank Hold
