Over the years, I’ve had lots of clients with one ailment or another – shoulder issues, knee problems, ankle weakness, etc. – and I’ve learned how to modify just about every exercise you can think of. Really, as far as I’m concerned, there’s no reason to stop working out because of pain in one part of your body. There’s always a work-around!
So, I LOVE that my Low Impact workouts have become so popular! It makes me enormously happy that you guys let me work out with you without disturbing your neighbors and without causing you any pain.
The idea for this particular workout came from one of my awesome YouTube subscribers, madsabby, who asked me in a comment if I ever did “slow and steady” cardio workouts (as opposed to HIIT, or Tabata workouts, which use a timer). Though I do have a few of those types of workouts on my channel, I didn’t have a low impact version.
But now I do!

This one is simple and straightforward, but definitely not easy!
Do each exercise 10x, repeat the circuit 3x.
