25 Minute TANK TOP ARMS Workout

I think women – more so than men, but I don’t really have any personal experience being a man, so this is just a guess – have body parts on themselves that they love and other parts that they “not so much.”  When we were talking the other day about the Booty Shaper workout, I mentioned that I used to find fault with my own booty as a much younger woman.  Thankfully, through the miracle of eating right and exercising regularly, I think my backside is in pretty good shape for a girl my age.  Or any age, really.

I didn’t say at the time, though, that I have always rather liked my arms.  I know that sounds vain, and I’m okay with that.  🙂  Even when I was heavier, I carried my weight down low, so my arms were still pretty okay.  Interestingly, even though I think my arms look good, I would definitely not say that I have a ton of upper body strength.  Workouts like this one are still tough for me!

25 Minute TANK TOP ARMS | Beginner DUMBBELL Workout for UPPER BODY

Level:  BEGINNER

Equipment:  Pair of DUMBBELLS

Exercise Time:  25 minutes

Do each exercise 10x, repeat circuit 3x

  • Chest Punches
  • Lat Pullovers
  • Chest Flys
  • Quadruped Row + Triceps Kickback
  • Half Pointer Dog
  • Side Plank Press Up

Finisher:  25 Push-Ups
