I didn’t say at the time, though, that I have always rather liked my arms. I know that sounds vain, and I’m okay with that. 🙂 Even when I was heavier, I carried my weight down low, so my arms were still pretty okay. Interestingly, even though I think my arms look good, I would definitely not say that I have a ton of upper body strength. Workouts like this one are still tough for me!
