I know that not everybody has the space in their living room to just keep a stability ball hanging around, but you know what? You should! 🙂 A stability ball (a.k.a., fitness ball, balance ball or Swiss ball) is one of the most awesome pieces of fitness equipment for home workouts. The exercises that you do on a stability ball are very similar to bodyweight exercises you’re already familiar with, but performing them on an unstable surface (the ball), recruits your stabilizer muscles in addition to the major muscle groups. It’s like a buy-one-get-one sale for muscle toning!
This workout is nice and quick, but still gives you a good sweat.
