Sometimes, you just want a super quick and super sweaty workout, am I right?  Well, you’re in luck, because this workout is both of those things in a sweet little 11-minute package!

Killer CARDIO HIIT | Insane 11 Minute Bodyweight Workout | Burn 100 Calories Quickly

Set your timer for one-minute intervals.  Do each of these cardio moves for one minute (no rest).  At the first beep, do one pushup.  At the second beep, do two pushups.  Do one more pushup at each interval until the last cardio exercise.

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Ice Skaters
  • Washing Machines
  • Double Knees
  • Toy Soldiers
  • Frog Jumps
  • Jumping Split Squat/Squats
  • Hands Up High Knees
  • Knee Tap Jackrabbits

Finisher:  At the end of the tenth cardio exercise, do one full minute of pushups.
