Bodyweight BOOTY BUILDER | Quick and Simple LOWER BODY Home Workout

Sometimes I set myself a task just to see if I can accomplish it, and this workout was totally that sort of challenge.  I think you all know how much I love me some squats, but I am well aware of the fact that not everybody feels that way about them.  So I asked myself, “Self, do you think you could make an entire booty workout that doesn’t have any squats?”

And of course I replied, “Yes.  Yes, I think I can do that.”  🙂

And then since I wasn’t doing any squats, I thought I would see if I could just stay on the ground the whole time, too, because once we’re down there, I don’t see any reason to get up, ya know?

The result is this fun little butt burner workout that was just the right amount of difficult.  It doesn’t take very long (about ten minutes) and you will absolutely feel the work while you’re doing the exercises, but you won’t be especially sore afterward.  Sounds like a winner to me!

Do each exercise 25x in a row on each side.

In a forearm stance:

  • Crossover Toe Taps
  • Raised Leg Pulses
  • Fire Hydrants

In a Bridge position:

  • Marching
  • Knee Openers

In a supine position with legs in the air:

  • Leg Openers
