You’ll get FULL BODY fat burning cardio and muscle toning strength (including abs and balance work!) with this FUN and fast-paced MINI TRAMPOLINE workout. WORKOUT SETUP:
Timer is set for 30 seconds, 20 seconds and 10 seconds, repeated 4x, then one minute of bodyweight strength

WARM UP / MOBILITY WORK:
Arm Circles
Arm Crossers
High Knees
Booty Kickers

MAIN WORKOUT:
Bouncers + Running + Skiers
Overhead to High Knees
Wide Bouncers + Jump Jump Squat + Fast Feet
X Marks the Spot
Forward Kicks + Washing Machines + Jumping Jacks
Left Side Drinky Birds
Ballerina Bounces + High Knees + Ski Jumps
Right Side Drinky Birds

FINISHER:
Ab Bouncing + V-Tucks + V-Sit Hold
