And away we go with WEEK TWO, Killer Bs! This week’s #PahlaBMiniChallenge is full of sweat and good times (and, you know, fat burning, muscle toning and endurance building, too, just for kicks). Are you ready for it?
We’re starting the week off with a sweet KETTLEBELL SHRED that had my muscles saying, “Thank you!” for days afterward. I used my heaviest KB for this one (hence the muscle gratitude), but you are welcome to take it down a notch. You can also use a DUMBBELL if that’s what you have available. During the workout, I have some vital information for you about the realities of burning fat, what functional fitness is (and why you should strive for it), and a surprising fact about exercise science.
Tuesday’s WALK + RUN PODCAST is one of my favorites – a Q+A! I get asked questions about indoor walking and running every single day, and now I’ve finally taken the time to answer all (okay, most – y’all ask a lot of questions!) of them in one place! This great workout is just 20 minutes long and features very beginner-friendly intervals of 45 seconds of walking and 15 seconds of running.
Wednesday brings us another fun FULL BODY PLAYLIST from this summer’s #HOT100 challenge. We’ll get in a warm up, upper body session, full body cardio toning, lower body burnout and cool down stretching in 45 minutes. All you need is a pair of light dumbbells and a sweat towel.
Thursday’s workout is a tough and effective FULL BODY HIIT, plus warm up (so this is also a playlist – super convenient for you to hit “play” once and get it all in without needing to figure it out for yourself!) No equipment needed and not a lot of time, either, at just 25 minutes total.
Friday is one of my favorite AB WORKOUTS ever! And not because it was easy. Oh my goodness, this one had me wobbling all over the place! We’re working on our six pack with increasingly difficult balance work and floor exercises.
