Can you believe we’ve made it to Week FOUR already? I’m so excited about this one, Killer B, because it’s CUT BACK week – yay!
I mentioned this last week, but didn’t entirely explain it, because it wasn’t relevant to you just yet. But now that we’re here, let me tell you a little secret: cut back week is both awesome and still difficult at the same time!
It’s awesome because the workouts are easier (not easy, just easier!), but it’s hard because the workouts are easier! 🙂
We get so used to the notion that we have to push push push to meet our goals or lose weight, but the simple fact is, you have to rest, too. It’s going to take some self-discipline on your part to get through this week without adding extra workouts or feeling like you’re not doing enough, so let me reassure you right now:
You’re DOING enough.
You ARE enough.
Meeting your health and fitness goals isn’t always going to be easy. In fact, a lot of the time it’s going to be really TOUGH. But you’re tougher.
