It’s another happy Monday, Killer Bs, and I’ve got a terrific LOW IMPACT (no jumping) CARDIO workout to start this week out on the right foot!  Or left foot.  Your choice.  🙂  We’re burning approximately 250 calories with all fast-moving exercises.

Okay, almost all fast moving.

The day after I filmed this workout, I was super sore in my chest and shoulders and I was like, “What in the world?  Yesterday was cardio!”  But then I remembered…  Well, I’ll let you see for yourself.  🙂

FUN 25 Minute LOW IMPACT Cardio HIIT Workout - Burn 250 Calories at Home Without Jumping - Full Length Home Workout from Pahla B Fitness

All the HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO you love without jumping! We’re climbing and descending four short ladders (stepstools?) with this FUN and fast-paced HIIT workout that needs no equipment and takes just 25 minutes, including a quick warm up.  (Exercise breakdown is included below the video)

Warm Up:
INCLUDED
15 seconds each, repeat twice:
Arm Circles
Arm Crossers
High Knees
Booty Kickers

Difficulty:
Level THREE

Equipment:
NONE / BODYWEIGHT

Time:
25 minutes

WORKOUT SETUP:
Interval timer is set for 15 seconds; add one exercise each round, then drop one off until complete

MAIN WORKOUT:
STEP LADDER 1:
Goofy Jacks
Kick Jacks
Twisting Frog Reaches
Fast Feet

STEP LADDER 2:
Double Knees
Inchworms
Mountain Walkers
Plank Walkers

STEP LADDER 3:
High Hand Oblique Crunches
Rainbow Curtsies
Star Bursts
Toy Soldiers

STEP LADDER 4:
Prancing Punch Ups
Bent Knee Windmills
Rockettes
Plank Cross Body Crunches

FINISHER:
Plank Hold with one Push Up at each beep (4x)
