Here’s how: by running faster. 🙂 And also slower.  I know that sounds counter-intuitive, but I promise that in much the same way variety is the spice of life, varying your speed is the “spice” that will improve your running.  Your body needs variety to make adaptations, and even though it won’t be easy, I promise it’ll be worth it!
