I sure hope you enjoyed last week’s reduced volume, Killer B, because this week we are hitting it HARD with a couple of boot camp workouts and plenty of high heart rate, full body work. This will be our last super tough week for a while as we head into the busiest month of the year, so let’s make the best of it! 🙂

MONDAY’S Boot Camp workout is all about that BOOTY! We’re slimming, shaping and sculpting a better backside and thinner thighs with this high volume, high intensity progressive routine. There’s a fair amount of jumping and squatting, but no transitions to the floor.
On TUESDAY, we’re taking it down a couple of notches on a very BEGINNER-friendly WALK with a few RUNNING pick-ups. This episode of the Let’s RUN podcast is all about finding the ideal weight to get started as a “real” runner.
WEDNESDAY has us drenched in sweat with a brutal CARDIO TABATA with “rest breaks” of bodyweight ABS work. Thankfully the exercise time on this one is just over half an hour, including a warm up.
THURSDAY brings us another BOOT CAMP workout, which could easily be titled, “The One with All the Manmakers.” You’ll need a pair of heavy dumbbells, though most of the work is bodyweight cardio.
And on FRIDAY, we’re wrapping up the week with a short playlist that includes one of my all-time favorite lower body HIIT workouts plus a love-to-hate-it upper body strength session.
