Happy Monday, Killer Bs! Let’s start this week off with a short, sweet and SWEATY one! I’ve got a quick (15 minutes!) and FUN workout for us: all standing, fast-paced CARDIO TONING for some fabulous tank top arms. No matter that we won’t be wearing tank tops for several months… 🙂
We’re keeping it nice and simple with just three exercises, but the work itself is pretty complex (which means it’s also quite hilarious to watch me try to be coordinated) and there’s plenty of it. High volume work means that we’re a.) using light dumbbells, and b.) working on muscle endurance, which is how we get long, lean muscle tone without a lot of bulk. Just the way we like it!
