15 Minute LOW IMPACT, Squat-Free, All STANDING Full Body HIIT Workout with Dumbbells for BEGINNERS

And away we go into 2018, Killer Bs!  We’re starting the year off right with a quick beginner-friendly workout that’s perfect if you’re just getting started or short on time.  Grab a pair of dumbbells (I went light with mine, but you can always set your own challenge), and let’s get sweaty!

This ALL STANDING, NO JUMPING, SQUAT-FREE cardio HIIT workout was designed especially for BEGINNERS (but can easily be made much tougher for more advanced exercisers – tips are given during the workout!) to burn calories and torch fat in just 15 minutes!

Warm Up:
INCLUDED, mobility work
Two rounds for 20 seconds each without rest:
Arm Circles
Arm Crossers
High Knees
Booty Kickers

Difficulty:
Level TWO

Equipment:
DUMBBELLS

Time:
15 minutes

WORKOUT SETUP:
HIIT timer is set for intervals of 20 seconds; complete the cardio work then rest, then pair cardio and strength before resting

MAIN WORKOUT:
Goofy Jacks
Goofy Jacks + Press Ups
Double Knees
Double Knees + Deadlifts
Kick Jacks
Kick Jacks + Bent Over Flys
Rainbow Jacks
Rainbow Jacks + Side Bends
Drinky Bird Jacks
Drinky Bird Jacks + Peek-a-Boos
Overhead to High Knees
Overhead to High Knees + Oblique Crunches

FINISHER:
Reach Across High, Reach Across Low
Reach Across High, Reach Across Low + Front Punches
