#PahlaBMiniChallenge 2018 Week FIVE, January 29 – February 2

Oh my goodness, Killer Bs, can you believe it’s almost FEBRUARY?!?  And also – maybe more importantly – that we’re back to hitting it HARD with the Mini Challenges this week?!?  🙂  It’s true.  I hope you had a wonderful time on cutback week, because we’re going full steam ahead with this week’s challenges.

Yes, still plural.  But this will be the last week of the Level ONE/TWO challenge, as I have something special coming up soon for my New Bs!  More about that in the next few days.

Right now, let’s get to it.

LEVEL ONE/TWO:

2018 Jan 29 - Feb 2 #PahlaBMiniChallenge Level ONETWO Week FIVE

On MONDAY, I’ve got an all-new LOW IMPACT CARDIO ABS HIIT that is meant to be a real step outside your comfort zone.  It’s a fun, fast-paced workout that’s more like Level THREE.  Sometimes, it’s good to try something a little beyond where you think your current fitness level is.  You might surprise yourself!

TUESDAY’S all-new INDOOR WALK + RUN is also a bit of a step up, with 30 second intervals, but of course you can easily modify how you use them.  In addition to the sweat, we’re talking about MY first 5k race!

WEDNESDAY has us picking up heavy things and putting them down again with my all-time favorite STRENGTH TRAINING for BEGINNERS and beyond workout.

On THURSDAY, we’re easing off the gas pedal a little bit with a gently-paced BODYWEIGHT CARDIO + STRENGTH routine.

And then FRIDAY brings us a nice long sweat-fest with CARDIO done TABATA-style interspersed with BALANCE exercises!


LEVEL THREE+

2018 January 29 - February 2 #PahlaBMiniChallenge Level THREE+ Week FIVE

On MONDAY, we’re kicking off the week with a fun, all-new LOW IMPACT CARDIO ABS HIIT that needs no equipment (except maybe a sweat towel!)

TUESDAY’S all-new WALKING + RUNNING podcast is a little trip down memory lane for me, as we get our sweat on and chat about my first 5k race.

WEDNESDAY’s advanced WEIGHT TRAINING routine is a real sweatfest!  I used two different sizes of kettlebells, but you can very easily substitute dumbbells if that’s what you have handy.

On THURSDAY, we’re getting super sweaty again with a great CARDIO, AGILITY and CORE workout!

And FRIDAY, we’re finishing the week with a finisher of a workout – a non-stop 10-20-30 CARDIO MELTDOWN that will have you ready for a rest day on Saturday!
