WORKOUT SETUP:
HIIT timer is set for increasingly difficult, then decreasingly difficult work intervals – 10 seconds, 20 seconds and 30 seconds and 10 seconds of rest.

MAIN WORKOUT:
Leg Twister Jacks
Rainbow Jacks
Washing Machines
Rockettes
Plank Walkers
Mountain Walkers

FINISHER:
Plank Hold + Pike Hold; repeat 4x with no rest
