We’re having a BOUNCING good time today, Killer Bs, with a fast and FUN mini trampoline (rebounder) workout that is ALL CARDIO, all the time.
Why a REBOUNDER? Ahhh, why not? 🙂 Mini trampolines (rebounders) are a super fun way to exercise and get sweaty without all the impact that normal jumping routines have on your joints. You can burn fat and calories effectively with high heart rate exercises that improve your cardiovascular endurance as well as tightening up your core and lower body. And really, who doesn’t want a tighter booty?
But a common question I get is, “Can I still do this workout without a rebounder and get all the benefit?” YES, you can!
Without the rebounder, you will feel more impact from the jumping exercises, but that’s actually not a downside. Impact (in small doses like this workout) can help strengthen your bones and tone up the muscles that support your joints.
The rebounder’s biggest value lies in the fact that it makes this workout more FUN. But you can have fun on flat, level ground, too. 🙂
