I totally get that some people dread Mondays, but I am definitely not one of them. Monday is a great day to start new things, get moving on smashing your goals and set your week up for success. Monday feels fresh and full of possibilities. In short, Monday rocks!

Complete all CARDIO exercises unweighted
LIGHT Dumbbells + HEAVY Dumbbells (if you only have one pair, do the cardio work unweighted)
200 – 250, plus that sweet 48-hour “afterburn” where your metabolism is operating at a higher burn rate
Interval timer is set for 45 seconds; complete the circuit twice; there is NO REST
(cardio – light dumbbells) Side Shuffles with Reach Up
(strength – heavy dumbbells) Front Raise + Side Raise
(cardio – light) Forward Hinge Arm Flappers
(strength – heavy) Shoulder Hold Curtsy Lunges
(cardio – light) One Arm Jacks
(strength – heavy) Teeter-Totter Side Lunges (right side)
(cardio – light) Washing Machines
(strength – heavy) Teeter-Totter Side Lunges (left side)
(cardio – light) Star Jumps
(strength – heavy) Bent Over Row with Triceps Kickback
(cardio – light) Ice Skaters
(strength – heavy) Thrusters
