Let’s go for a RUN (and WALK) while we chat about what it takes to run a MARATHON! The fact is, it takes more than just a pair of shoes and a couple hundred bucks for the entry fee.  🙂  But on the other hand, it doesn’t take as much as maybe you think.

I truly believe that running a marathon is something that EVERYBODY is capable of doing, and I have some practical advice about both the physical and mental aspects of how to run 26.2 miles!
