WORKOUT SETUP:
CARDIO intervals are 30 seconds, 40 seconds and 50 seconds (it gets tougher each round!)
STRENGTH is performed for 10 reps each

MAIN WORKOUT:

Toy Soldiers
Reach Across

STRENGTH TRAINING circuit:
Single Leg Press Ups
Side Bends + Press Ups
Single Leg Russian Twists
Bent Over Fly with Kickout

FINISHER:
50 seconds of Burpees
