On MONDAY, we’re starting the week by picking up heavy things and putting them back down! This playlist includes an all-new GROW your GLUTES (that’s your butt!) routine, paired with a tough UPPER BODY HIIT for a terrific full body sculpting session.
TUESDAY’S all-new INDOOR RUNNING workout is aimed at the more advanced runner, but can absolutely be done at YOUR level (whatever that is)! We’re going for a TEMPO RUN, sustaining a challenging pace for over 20 minutes, and chatting about the ONE question you need to be asking yourself in order to achieve all your fitness goals.
WEDNESDAY’S workout is a little bit of a break, honestly! 🙂 This fun LOW IMPACT CARDIO HIIT is “just” 25 minutes, and a sweat-astic good time!
On THURSDAY, we’re cranking up the heat with a bodyweight-only CARDIO + STRENGTH HIIT. Long-time Killer Bs will recognize the shirt I’m wearing as the “Uh-oh, Pahla means business” tank top. LOL. But, yeah. This one’s sweaty.
And FRIDAY is bringing the week to crescendo with a 25-minute RUNNING BOOT CAMP that needs just one heavy dumbbell (plus an optional sweat towel!) to burn about 250 calories and tone from head to toe.
