WORKOUT SETUP:
Do as many reps as possible of each exercise in one minute; complete the circuit twice; there is NO REST

MAIN WORKOUT:
Reverse Lunge with Press Up + High Knee (one interval each side)
Single Leg Deadlift with Front Kick (one interval each side)
Curtsy Lunges
V-Lunges (one interval each side)
Close Squat with Side Leg Raise (one interval each side)

FINISHER:
Weighted Ice Skaters
