#PahlaBMiniChallenge 2018 Week ELEVEN, March 12 – 16

It’s that time again, Killer Bs, and I’m not (only) talking about springing your clocks forward!

It’s the beginning of another glorious new week, and that means I have a new Mini Challenge for us!  This week has it all: laughter, sweat, fat burning, body shaping, and even the workout (and conversation) I’ve been asked for so many times – a SEATED indoor RUN!

My clock is set, so let’s get to it!

#PahlaBMiniChallenge 2018 March 12 - 16 Week ELEVEN

On MONDAY, we’re starting the week with some KETTLEBELL CONFIDENCE, a fun and fast-moving workout that packs in both CARDIO + STRENGTH without jumping.

TUESDAY’S all-new Let’s Run PODCAST is quite a departure from the usual, but with excellent cause:  we’re doing a SEATED WALK + RUN (yes, really!) while chatting about how to deal with running injuries.

WEDNESDAY’S workout is a challenging CALORIE-CRUSHING CARDIO routine that clocks in at 40 minutes of non-stop sweat!

On THURSDAY, we’re grabbing some dumbbells for a terrific full body LOW IMPACT METCON, sure to sculpt your body while firing up your heart and lungs.

And FRIDAY (speaking of endurance), we’re going for the LOW IMPACT CARDIO ride of your life!  100 sweaty reps each of a handful of my favorite non-jumping exercises, a workout designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance as well as your mental toughness!
