And lemme tell ya, the best way to get “tank top ready” is with quick, simple workout routines that target your upper body and burn out your muscles without taking all day.
You can do a MINI BAND workout like this one once or twice a week to get fantastic, visible results in time for summer.

Looped MINI BAND / RESISTANCE BAND
50 – 75
Timer is set for one minute intervals, there is NO REST
Clappers (band on upper arms, mid-arms and in hands)
Sliders (band on upper arms, mid-arms and in hands)
Chest Pull Aparts
Single Arm Row Backs (one interval on each side)
