Trying Something New… #PahlaBMiniChallenge Week FOURTEEN, April 9-13

Is it just me, or does it seem like it’s been a really long time since the last Sunday Mini Challenge post?  I mean, we’ve had plenty of workouts between the last one and now – nine days of Spring Break workouts, baby! – but that was a whole ‘nuther kind of challenge!

And, hey, speaking of “whole ‘nuther,” which isn’t even a word, but I’m rolling with it… I’ve got a bunch of whole ‘nuther new stuff going on this week (along with the wonderful comfort of returning to our regularly scheduled Mini Challenge)!  Wanna hear about it?  Here goes:

👉  There are THREE all-new workouts this week!  I know.  I’m excited, too!  As I continue testing out these STACKABLE workouts to see what works best for YOU, I’m aiming to find a happy balance of putting out enough new workouts versus working too hard.  Personally, I think I like more workouts in a shorter format.  How about you?  (That’s a real question, I’m looking for honest feedback!  Feel free to leave a comment or shoot me an email with your opinions.)

👉  All of the workouts are available to preview immediately.  This is something I get asked about every week, so I’m experimenting.  I know YOU’LL enjoy having the videos available, what I’m actually testing on this one is YouTube’s response.  🙂  Being a YouTuber means that I am always trying to stay on the “good side” of their algorithm.  Fingers crossed!

#PahlaBMiniChallenge 2018 April 9 - 13 Week FOURTEEN

On MONDAY, we’re starting the week by getting after those ABS!  This great all new, all standing, no crunching STACKABLE workout is the perfect place to start your sweat, by firing up your abs and obliques and working on your balance.

TUESDAY’S all new Let’s RUN podcast is a terrific 20-minute WALK + RUN with 30-second intervals, where we’re covering about a mile (maybe more, depending on your pace) and chatting about the mental preparation necessary for your first 5k race.

WEDNESDAY’S workout is a brutal Level FIVE BOOT CAMP.  There’s no equipment and no jumping, but plenty of sweat!

On THURSDAY, we’ve got a fantastic all new LOW IMPACT METCON – a fast-paced, efficient, and effective STACKABLE workout that combines high intensity (but low impact – no jumping!) cardio with low(er) intensity strength training that’s sure to fire up your metabolism and leaving you feeling the glow all day.

And FRIDAY, we’re finishing the week with an all-time favorite of mine, a super sweaty SEATED HIIT workout that will probably surprise you with how tough it is!  Unless you’ve done my seated workouts before.  Then you won’t be surprised at all.  🙂
