This workout was honestly a huge surprise for me, in the very best way. I grabbed a heavier pair of dumbbells than I meant to, and if you’re watching closely, you can see on my face just how tough this workout was for me. But you know what? Two things: one, I managed to make it through anyway. And, two, I was just the exact right amount of sore the next day, so those dumbbells were the right amount of weight. Even if they felt too heavy at the time!
So, having lived to tell the tale, I’ll encourage you to stretch yourself a little with this workout, too. How heavy can you go (with excellent form, of course)?
There’s NO JUMPING and NO FLOOR WORK, but this is a total body BURN! Metabolic conditioning (MetCon) workouts are fast and efficient at burning calories, toning your muscles and firing up your metabolism – just ten minutes (unless you want to #StackYourSweat ) gets your body burning with this non-stop CARDIO + STRENGTH routine.
