A VERY Mixed Bag: #PahlaBMiniChallenge Week FIFTEEN, April 16-20

Well, Killer B, I think this week’s Mini Challenge proves that, as far as exercise goes, I am a huge fan of… pretty much everything!  This is easily the most diverse week of workouts I’ve ever put together, and I feel certain that you’re going to love it, too.

Okay, maybe love is a strong word.

How about this – you’re definitely going to be challenged (which I know you love)!

#PahlaBMiniChallenge 2018 April 16 - 20 Week FIFTEEN

On MONDAY, we’re starting the week with an all-new, stackable CARDIO TONING workout with light dumbbells that’s designed for fast and efficient total body shaping and firming.  This is a ladder unlike anything you’ve seen before – we’re starting at the top!

TUESDAY’s all-new 30 minute WALKING WORKOUT is the Let’s RUN (or, in this case, walk) podcast you’ve been waiting for:  we’re talking all about how to lose belly fat!  This is not a simple topic, but I’ve done my best to break it down and give you some practical advice.

WEDNESDAY has us moving gently – and yet somehow still sweating! – with a 30 minute PILATES routine that needs no prior Pilates experience.  Enjoy the stretch and flow as well as the core tightening.

On THURSDAY, we’ve got another all-new stackable workout, and this one’s tougher than you might think.  It’s a SEATED BOOT CAMP workout!  No equipment and no standing, but plenty of sweat.

And FRIDAY finishes off the week with one of the toughest and most unusual workouts I’ve ever made:  the WALL WORKOUT, which uses – yes, really – a WALL.  This all-strength Level FIVE routine will challenge you in ways you hadn’t previously imagined!


Thank you SO MUCH for your feedback on last week’s Mini Challenge!  The results are in, and it turns out that you want… everything!  🤣 🤣 Sometimes the stackable workouts are perfect for your day, and sometimes you want the longer videos.  So you know what?  I’ll keep mixing it up!

And YouTube seemed to enjoy the way I uploaded the new workouts, so once again this week, all of these videos are available to preview immediately – yay!
