15 Minute RUNNING Meditation | Indoor RUN for Your Body and Mind

We’re doing something a little different today! While we’re RUNNING, we’ll be doing some meditation on our mental and physical fitness. I hope you enjoy it!

Using a series of “I am…” statements with ample time to listen to the responses you hear in your mind, we’re discovering how we really feel about ourselves and our fitness.  The repetitive nature of the running motion lends itself nicely to this simple (but not easy!) meditation.
