Happy, HAPPY (almost) New Year, Killer Bs!! I love opening a fresh, clean calendar and knowing that this year – 2018 – is full of POSSIBILITY! What will you make of this year, my friend? Something different? Or more of the same awesomeness you’ve come to expect of yourself?
We’re doing a little bit of both here with the Pahla B Fitness Mini Challenges (yes, plural). This month I’m offering TWO challenges each week, and you can choose your own difficulty! For my New Bs, there’s a five day Level ONE/TWO Mini Challenge. And for my more experienced Bs, I have the same great Level THREE+ Mini Challenge you’ve come to know and love.

On MONDAY, we’re starting the week with a terrific ALL STANDING, SQUAT-FREE, LOW IMPACT cardio and strength HIIT workout that’ll strengthen and tone your whole body in just 15 minutes.
TUESDAY’S workout is a fresh, new INDOOR WALKING PODCAST episode with some unconventional advice about getting more results by doing less work.
WEDNESDAY is an old favorite of mine, a BEGINNER CORE STRENGTH workout that’s all about that balance!
On THURSDAY, we’re getting our heart rate up while still sitting down with a 15 minute SEATED CARDIO HIIT workout.
And FRIDAY finishes off the week with 20 minutes of STANDING STRENGTH that requires no equipment.

WEDNESDAY is a super tough CORE STRENGTHENING CHALLENGE that needs no equipment and takes “just” 30 minutes – you’ll be surprised at how sweaty an ab workout can be.
THURSDAY’S workout is an unusual CARDIO + CORE HIIT that uses a stability ball! There’s no jumping, but plenty of sweat!
And FRIDAY, we’re finishing up the week with a fast-paced and FUN KETTLEBELL HIIT that’ll tighten and tone your whole body with long intervals and little rest.
