I admit it, I don’t always take the time to stretch after a workout! It sort of depends on the workout and how fast I need to get in the shower and get on with my day, but I do know that I appreciate a good stretch when I make the time for it. Sometimes I’ll spend a little quality time with my balance ball in the evening, long after my workout, and that’s the sort of stretching I filmed for you here.
