We’re done, but we’re not quite FINISHED, Killer B! In today’s all new, super quick workout video, we’re challenging our abs and deep core stabilizers with this PLANK FINISHER, followed by some really lovely COOL DOWN STRETCHING.
Why PLANKING? Because this exercise recruits nearly every muscle in your body! This type of functional workout improves your balance, your posture and your ability to do every other workout. The FLEXIBILITY portion of this routine is a great way to bring your heart rate down to normal after any kind of tough workout and promote muscle elasticity.
