I hope you’re ready to have some FUN, Killer B! This mini trampoline cardio party is a high heart rate, high sweat rate, calorie-blasting good time!
I think you probably know, but I’ll mention it again, that you really don’t need a rebounder to do my rebounder (mini trampoline) workouts! They are just as much fun, and definitely as (maybe even more?) sweaty on flat, level ground. The exercises are similar to the ones we do in other videos, and you can easily make them low impact, if that’s your jam.
The lesson here: Never be afraid to try one of my workouts because of the equipment!
