I remember when I first started working out with kettlebells. I was very intimidated! They’re so different from dumbbells and other free weight equipment, and even though the movements aren’t complicated, they required a little more focus on my part.
Which is totally good for you! Any time you’re focusing on moving in a precise manner, you’re engaging your core and getting a much better burn for your time.
This workout is designed with beginners in mind, using simple movements that will burn fat and tighten and tone your muscles.
