Every week, I’m tempted to start this blog post with a line from that ’90s song by 2Unlimited… “Y’all ready for this?” Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah-nah nah-nah…
But seriously. Are y’all ready for THIS? 🙂
We’ve got some fun workouts this week, with lots of high heart rate work and some serious body sculpting, all averaging just 35 minutes per day.

Kicking off the week with a short and simple (but definitely not easy!) strength session, MONDAY’S workout uses just one heavy dumbbell for squat-free full body toning. This great routine stays close to the ground and takes just 20 minutes. I did NOT include a warm up, though, so I suggest you start with this one: 5 Minute WARM UP for Strength Training
TUESDAY’S walk and run podcast is very beginner friendly with long (one minute) walking intervals and short bursts (20 seconds) of running, while we chat about YOUR future with running. Where will running take YOU?
WEDNESDAY brings us one of my all-time favorite kettlebell workouts with a very unusual set up: we’re working for TIME and trying to beat our best. This playlist includes a nice strength warm up and some gentle cool down stretching for 30 minutes total – perfect for a busy midweek workout!
On THURSDAY, I’ve lined up another complete playlist with a terrific bodyweight boot camp workout, plus warm up and cool down.
And finally, for FRIDAY’S fun-fest? Another sweet playlist with full body cardio, strength and core, no equipment needed! Don’t worry about the 50 minute run-time – I’ve included a really luxurious 10-minute stretching session at the end of this one to celebrate the end of another great week of sweat!
