Killer B, I have a confession to make: I put a lot of pressure on myself to always do my best with these Mini Challenges (and making the videos, and the Instagram posts, and responding to comments, and creating programs, etc.), and sometimes I just don’t feel clever enough for any of it!
Sometimes I doubt everything I’m doing, and feel like it’s all just a pale imitation of how brilliant it could be, if only I put more effort in, or was smarter, or… fill in the blank with whatever “I’m not good enough” phrase you hear in your head.
So you know what I do when I feel that way?
I do it anyway.
Even if it’s not great, even if I’m not sure. I put it out there. And, frequently, when I go back and look at it later, it was better than I thought in the moment!
It’s the same with you, my friend. When you are doubting yourself, when you feel like your best isn’t good enough – do it anyway. I promise, you’re doing better than you think.
And this week? You’re gonna do great with a tough and sweaty Mini Challenge!

TUESDAY’S all-new Let’s RUN podcast is a 25 minute WALK + RUN with one minute intervals, and we’re chatting about everybody’s least favorite topic (yay?) – LOSING FITNESS. Sad face. But I have hope for you, as well as some practical advice about how you can feel better right now, no matter where you are on your fitness journey!
WEDNESDAY’S workout is a fast and fun sweatfest! This 20 MINUTE CARDIO HIIT routine needs no equipment and moves along quickly, getting your heart rate (and metabolism) roaring.
On THURSDAY, we’re working those chicken wings with a fantastic UPPER BODY CARDIO TONING workout. Bring your light dumbbells and be prepared for the burn! There’s a suggested STACKER at the end of this one if your arms aren’t “noodly” enough.
And FRIDAY brings us a kinder, gentler (but much longer at 35 minutes) workout in the form of this terrific FULL BODY SEATED CARDIO + TONE routine, which needs no equipment and is sure to leave you with a perfect end-of-the-week glow.
