Well, first you’ll get a few questions to answer (more on that below), so that I can be clear about what we’re working on. The better I understand where you’re coming from, what your goals are and how much support you’d like from me, the more time we can spend on the action plan.

Because, girlfriend, of course we’re going to put all of our talk into action!

This is the real magic of fitness coaching with me:  you don’t just get a lot of ideas and chit-chat; we’re going to work together to create a step-by-step, completely practical and actionable plan to take you from your current situation and into the life and body of your dreams.

How long or elaborate the plan is will depend on your particular goals and needs, but might include things like creating a positive environment for change, athletic mindset work, running and cross-training to prepare for a racing event, nutritional guidance, setting up routines, behavioral changes, or specific exercises and workouts for your athletic goals.

All coaching clients will be presented (by email) within three business days with a written review of our conversation, a PDF file of the complete action plan we created together, and email access to me for follow up.

In short…  you’ll get results.

So how does this all work?


Step 1.)  Scroll down to the scheduler and choose the appointment type you’d like.

Step 2.)  Select the date and time that works best for you.

Step 3.) Complete the information with your name and the best way to reach you via Facetime (US residents may choose a regular ol’ phone call if you’d prefer) and fill out the brief questionnaire (this may take 5-10 minutes, depending on how much you’d like to tell me about your background!)

I’m so glad you asked!  I’m Pahla B, and I’m a Fitness Expert, Mindset Mentor, Health Coach, Functional Fitness Specialist and Boston-qualifying marathon runner with over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry.  I motivate women from around the world to unleash their inner athlete with fun and effective home workouts, found online for free on the Pahla B Fitness YouTube channel.
