The TOUGH STUFF | Mini Challenge Week THIRTY, July 30 – August 3

You know, I spend a LOT of time talking about cutback week and how essential it is to your training program, but there’s a flip side to that coin, and it’s what we’re working on this week:  the TOUGH STUFF.

One week each month, it’s a good idea to push yourself a little beyond your current limits.  That’s how our bodies make adaptations to get stronger, leaner and more efficient.  If you’re always going at the same pace and the same intensity, eventually your body gets used to it and stops getting better.  Sometimes, you’ll even start to lose fitness because you’re in an intensity rut!

But have no fear – I’ve got you protected from all that when you follow along with the weekly Mini Challenges!  Every fourth week, we go HARD.  And, my friends, that’s what we’re doing this week.

#PahlaBMiniChallenge 2018 July 30 - August 3 Week THIRTY

On MONDAY, we’re starting the week with an all-new full body KETTLEBELL SHRED that’s one of the toughest and sweatiest 15 minute workouts I’ve made yet!  We’re going non-stop cardio and strength with a high-low protocol that’s designed to get you lean and strong quickly.  There’s a SUGGESTED STACKER at the end if you want to keep the sweat party going.

TUESDAY’S Let’s RUN podcast is one of my favorites – a 20 minute WALK + RUN where we chat about how to make all your fitness wishes come true!  If you’re so inclined, there’s a SUGGESTED STACKER at the end of the video about how we really burn calories.

WEDNESDAY’S workout is a super fun ALL CARDIO HIIT that’ll get your heart pumping, burning fat and calories, in just 10 minutes.  There’s another bodyweight-only cardio workout suggested on-screen at the end of the video if you’ve got more time.

On THURSDAY, we’re JOGGING + TONING in another non-stop high-low routine.  Did I mention that we’re doing the tough stuff this week?

And FRIDAY, we’re finishing the week with a couple of FINISHER workouts!  I’ve got a TOTAL BODY TONE UP that’s a mere 10 minutes long, but of course you can double down with the SUGGESTED STACKER.
