Honestly, for a long time, I didn’t really think about WHY I ran, I just did. But once I really dove into it, I discovered that there are LOTS of reasons to run, and these are just a few.
In no particular order, I run (or have run, in the past) for at least these five reasons:
To lose weight
Because it’s simple
To change the way I think about myself
To be competitive in a constructive way
To spend time being selfish
