Let me start by clearing up an important point: LOW IMPACT means no jumping, NOT low intensity! You can get plenty intense (which is awesome if you’re looking to burn calories and fat from your workout) while keeping your feet on the ground.
This workout is all about maximizing your movements in minimal time. With short intervals of work and even shorter rest periods, we’re getting the most out of this fast and efficient routine – it’s just over ten minutes long (though, of course you can #stackyoursweat with the suggested complementary workout linked in the video if you’d like a longer workout) and has all the CARDIO you need – plus the bonus TONING that comes with the territory – to get in, get sweaty and get on with your day!
We’re getting our heart rate UP to burn about 150 calories and overall body fat, while toning our legs, abs and shoulders with fast-paced FUN exercises. ALL STANDING, no jumping and no equipment needed.
