I mean… well, honestly, none of my workouts are meant to be jokes!  But this one is definitely more serious than most.  (Which is not to say that there wasn’t some laughter involved, because there’s always a little bit of that!)  🙂

Super fast and SUPER SWEATY, this quick and brutal STANDING ABS workout will challenge your balance, your core and even your heart and lungs, which is pretty incredible for a STRENGTH workout. It’s “just” ten minnutes long, so when you’re ready, grab the heaviest kettlebell you can, and let’s get it done!
