Let’s go for a 10k RUN! Killer B, this is one of those workouts that’s deceptively simple.
I mean, we’re literally just running the whole time. No fancy steps, no complicated exercises… but there you go. We’re running. the whole. time. And that’s simple, but it’s definitely not easy!
We’ve made it all the way to 10K during this “March to 10k” month and it’s time to celebrate with SIX MILES of INDOOR RUNNING. One hour of long (but not really slow) distance running burns about 600 calories and gets you ready to run your own 10K race!
Even though the workout is simple, running for an entire hour might be tough to do on your own, and that, my friends, is where the magic of YouTube really happens – I’m here to run with you! I’m not going to talk the entire time, but… well, I talk a lot, which is a nice distraction!
